There is no evening quite a magical as Christmas Eve
Track Santa – you can track Santa’s progress on the NORAD Santa Tracker it won’t be long before he’s at your house!
Go to a Christmas Eve service – Even if you are not religious you might like to take your family to a children’s Christmas service.
Have a Christmas Eve Treasure Hunt – Put clues around the house that the children must solve – the prize for taking part is a Christmas Eve box filled with new pyjamas, activity books, cosy slippers and reindeer dust.
Sprinkle reindeer dust – Santa and his reindeer are on their way, get the children to sprinkle the reindeer dust on the doorstep and garden path to light the way for Rudolph and his friends (fill a packet with coloured sugar and edible glitter).
Leave out food for Santa and his team – a mince pie for Santa and milk and carrots for Rudolph and his friends.
Hang up the stockings – probably the most important tradition of all, remember one more sleep…
Coming soon…Day Twelve
